Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PampaPlay Sports Lounge may handle information connected with this website and with enquiries about the physical venue. PampaPlay is presented here as an offline sports-viewing and hospitality venue in Buenos Aires. The website is not an online streaming service and does not offer online wagering, deposits, withdrawals, casino games or similar financial functionality.
This policy is written for a prototype website. Before publication, the operator should confirm the final data flows, service providers, hosting arrangements and any legal notices that are required for the actual business.
Information we may collect
The categories of information handled through the site depend on how a visitor uses it. A person who only reads venue information may provide little or no directly identifying information. A person who submits a table request may provide contact details and visit preferences.
- Identity details such as a name entered into a reservation or contact form.
- Contact details such as an email address and phone number.
- Visit details such as preferred date, preferred time, number of guests and a free-text message.
- Technical information generated by a browser or hosting environment, such as basic request logs, device characteristics or approximate network information, if collected by the deployed infrastructure.
- Consent and interface choices stored in localStorage or sessionStorage.
Information users provide through reservation and contact forms
The prototype reservation form asks for a name, email, phone number, number of guests, preferred date, preferred time, an optional message and confirmation that the visitor is 18 or older. In this demonstration build, the form is handled only in the browser and displays a success message without sending the information to a live booking backend.
If the site is connected to a real booking, email or customer-management system later, this policy should be updated to identify the relevant processing, recipients and retention practices. Visitors should avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information into the message field.
Technical data
A live website commonly produces technical records needed to deliver pages, maintain reliability and investigate security issues. Depending on the final host and configuration, those records may include timestamps, requested pages, browser or device information, referral information, IP-derived network data and error logs. This prototype does not make a claim that every category is currently collected.
Cookies and local storage
This build uses browser storage to remember the visitor's cookie choices and to remember successful age confirmation for the current browsing session. Necessary storage supports those core functions. Optional analytics and preference categories are presented in the cookie settings interface, but no optional third-party analytics scripts are loaded by this prototype.
Visitors can reopen the Cookie Settings panel from the footer. More detail appears in the Cookie Policy.
How information is used
Where information is actually collected in a production deployment, it may be used to respond to booking or venue enquiries, organize requested seating, communicate about event-night availability, operate and secure the website, remember privacy choices, improve the visitor experience and maintain business records that are reasonably connected with those purposes.
Information should not be repurposed in ways that are materially incompatible with the reason it was originally supplied without an appropriate basis and updated notice.
Legal and compliance purposes
Information may need to be used or retained where reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect the venue and its visitors, investigate misuse, establish or defend legal claims, maintain financial or operational records, or meet obligations that apply to the actual operator. This prototype does not state that any specific Argentine privacy regime has been fully assessed or that particular statutory requirements have been satisfied.
Data retention
Personal information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, taking into account operational needs, dispute periods, security requirements and any applicable record-keeping duties. Retention periods should be finalized after the real booking workflow, hosting provider and business systems are known.
Browser-based age confirmation in this prototype is stored in sessionStorage and normally ends with the browser session. Cookie-consent choices are stored in localStorage until cleared by the visitor or changed by the site.
International processing considerations
Web hosting, email infrastructure or other service providers can operate across national borders. If information is processed outside Argentina in a live deployment, the operator should review the location of providers, contractual arrangements and any transfer safeguards that may be required. No specific cross-border compliance claim is made by this prototype.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should be used to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Appropriate measures depend on the final architecture and may include access controls, encrypted transmission, secure hosting, software updates, logging and restricted staff access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
User choices and rights
Depending on the rules that apply to the final operator and the visitor's circumstances, individuals may have choices or rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection or other forms of control over personal information. Requests can be directed to the contact details below. The operator should verify which rights and response procedures apply before publication.
Visitors can also control browser storage by changing the cookie settings on this site or by clearing storage in their browser.
Third-party links
The website may contain links to external services such as map providers or other third-party resources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. PampaPlay does not control the content, security or data handling of independent external websites.
Children's privacy and the 18+ nature of the site
PampaPlay Sports Lounge is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The website includes an age-verification prompt designed to communicate that restriction. The site is not designed to solicit information from children, and visitors who do not satisfy the age requirement should not submit booking information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, venue operations, service providers or relevant requirements change. The Last updated field at the top of the page should be revised whenever a material update is published. Visitors should review the current version when using the site.
