Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the PampaPlay Sports Lounge website and general interactions with the venue as described on this prototype. By using the site, visitors agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors, the venue or its technical systems.

These terms are a website prototype and should be reviewed against the final business model, booking process and applicable requirements before publication.

Physical venue services

PampaPlay Sports Lounge is presented as a physical sports-viewing and hospitality venue in Buenos Aires. Its core service is in-person access to a venue with large screens, seating, food, non-alcoholic drinks and an event-night atmosphere. Nothing on the website should be interpreted as the sale of an online stream, remote viewing subscription, gambling account or financial service.

Reservations

Reservation requests may be subject to availability, group size, opening hours, event programming and venue capacity. Submitting a request through the prototype form does not create a binding reservation because the demonstration form has no live backend. In a production deployment, a reservation should be treated as confirmed only when the venue provides the confirmation method specified by its final booking process.

The venue may reasonably ask for additional information needed to organize a booking. Visitors are responsible for providing accurate contact and timing details.

Event schedules and changes

Sports schedules can change because of organizers, broadcasters, time zones, postponements, venue programming and other circumstances outside PampaPlay's control. Times shown on the website are therefore informational. Visitors planning a trip for one specific event should confirm current programming before arrival.

Entry requirements and 18+ restriction

PampaPlay is intended for visitors aged 18 and over. Entry may be refused where a visitor does not meet the age requirement or cannot provide appropriate proof of age when requested. The venue may also apply reasonable capacity, safety, dress, conduct or event-specific entry rules that are communicated at the venue or during booking.

Conduct inside the venue

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other visitors and venue property. Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in service being refused or a guest being asked to leave. Visitors should follow reasonable staff instructions relating to safety, seating, capacity and event operations.

Sports can create strong reactions, but enthusiasm does not excuse conduct that interferes with the experience or safety of other guests.

Food and service availability

Menu items, preparation times and service availability can vary by day, event demand, stock and operational conditions. Images and descriptions are illustrative unless specifically confirmed as current. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements should communicate them directly to venue staff and should not rely solely on general website descriptions.

Intellectual property

The PampaPlay name, original website layout, original written content and original design elements may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to their respective owner. Visitors may use the site for personal informational purposes but should not reproduce substantial parts of it commercially without permission.

References to sports categories do not imply ownership of third-party league, club, team, athlete or event trademarks.

Third-party broadcasts and content

Sports broadcasts, event footage, commentary and associated intellectual property are controlled by their respective rights holders and authorized distributors. PampaPlay does not claim ownership of third-party sports content merely because a broadcast may be displayed at the physical venue.

No online streaming service

The PampaPlay website does not provide online streaming, remote access to sports broadcasts, paid video subscriptions or downloadable match footage. Any sports-viewing service described on this website takes place at the physical venue in Buenos Aires.

No guarantee that every event will be available

Programming depends on venue decisions, broadcast availability, technical conditions, scheduling and other factors. PampaPlay does not guarantee that every requested league, match, race, fight or tournament will be shown. A listing can be changed or removed when circumstances require it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, the venue should not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising solely from reliance on informational website content, schedule changes outside its reasonable control, or temporary website interruptions. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Because the legal effect of limitation language depends on the applicable law and facts, the final operator should obtain appropriate review before publishing these terms.

Website availability

The website may be updated, interrupted or unavailable from time to time for maintenance, hosting issues, security work or other operational reasons. Features may be changed or removed without guaranteeing continuous availability. Visitors should use the listed contact methods if a time-sensitive reservation question cannot be resolved through the website.

The final governing-law and dispute language should reflect the actual venue operator, contracting entity and rules that apply to the business in Argentina. This prototype intentionally does not make a definitive legal-jurisdiction claim without verification.
